1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer affordable worldwide shipping, heavily focused on delivering efficiently to the United States and international destinations.

Standard Shipping: Free 
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website through our "Order Tracking" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Arkady is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Incorrect Address

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@arkady.store with photos of the damaged packaging or product so we can arrange a replacement. 

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Arkady is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
